Depois de um acidente aéreo um homem acorda rodeado por neve sem fim. Ao procurar vida, o viajante amnésico chega inesperadamente a uma cidade soviética abandonada chamada Pyramiden, cercada por montanhas e glaciares. Intrigantemente, as pessoas parecem ter partido à pressa deixando intactos os traços de uma vida anterior. Quanto mais lá permanece, mais a cidade, com os pássaros e fantasmas que a habitam, se torna surreal. Sonho e realidade misturam-se. O viajante acredita que é o novo cronista deste mundo entre a vida e a morte.

[After an airplane crash a man wakes up in an endless snow landscape. Looking for life, the amnesiac traveller arrives to an abandoned soviet city named Pyramiden, surrounded by mountains and glaciers. Suprisingly, people seem to have left overnight, leaving intact the traces of a former community. The more he stays more the city feels surreal, with all its birds and phantoms around. Dream and reality mix. The lost traveller believes he is the new chronicler of this world between life and death.]
