Sob um cenário sóbrio da autoria de António Casimiro, enriquecido pelo espetacular desenho de luzes de Fernando Casca, Carlos Paredes interpreta temas como: Nas Asas da Saudade, Festa da Primavera e variações de Gonçalo Paredes entre outros.

[The Portuguese Guitar is a string instrument the roots of which may be traced back to the medieval cytara (Cittern). It became popular all over Europe in the second half of the 18th Century, and was abandoned during the 19th. In Portugal, however, it became the principal instrument of Folk music (specially in Lisbon). In the hands of expert players or Masters like Carlos Paredes, the Portuguese Guitar creates an intensely emotional effect, with a trace of that nostalgia that is intrinsic to the national identity of the Portuguese.
